Quality assurance testing sieve is conducted by WUZHOU KINGDA manufacturer during refining and blending to confirm product quality and consistency. These test sieves are generally limited to oil viscosity and/or viscosity index, sulfated ash, acidity and/or alkalinity, and additive concentration. So it has a high requirement for the material, and due to corrosion resistance of stainless steel material, therefore the oil test sieve is always manufactured as them.

Acceptance testing is often some of the first testing performed by end users. It helps ensure that the lubricants delivered match those that were ordered and that deliveries meet acceptance quality standards. The test sieve is always used in the oil industry, but the micron wire testing sieve is also processed by use special electrochemistry methods, and coated with chrome, and therefore the surface of testing sieve is exact, glazed and wearable, it will not get distorted after long time use. Typical test sieve include oil viscosity, viscosity index, atomic emission spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, water contamination and particle counts.

Finally, there is testing sieve used to exact mesh analysis, test, measure, classification for powdery material in lab, hospital, pharmacy, foodstuff, metallurgy, construction etc departments.
