Pleated stainless steel wire cloth filter cartridge are crimped by 316 stainless steel wire cloth. The specialities of high strength, corrosion resistance, high dirt holding capacity and high flow rate provide the aptimum filtration solution for liquids and gased in high temerature and high pressure applications.

Pleated filter cartridges are made of stainless steel fiber web and stainless steel weaving wire mesh. Stainless steel sintered fiber web is a multi-pore filter media. The filter elements gives you the advantage of high porosity, large filter area and high dirt holding capacity, and can also be clean and reused by chemical cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning methods.

Pleated filter cartridges are designed to overcome the temperature and chemical compatibility limitations of fabric or synthetic fiber media. This will offer very high temperature resistance & can withstand high differential pressure. Pleated filter cartridges are offered in SS 304, SS 316, & SS 316 L materials. Normally all stainless steel pleated filters are supported with coarser filter media to ensure no direct damages to main filtering media under process upsets. A bubble point test can be done to certify that no opening larger than the specified pore size exist in product joints or seams. No media migration occurs due to stainless steel material.
