Use a Wine Rack

Wine racks store multiple bottles of wine and come in several varieties. Wine bottles come in five sizes -- split, half, bottle, magnum and jeroboam -- and you can find wine racks designed to hold them all. In addition, you can find wine racks made from materials ranging from cast iron to redwood, from dining table-sized to gargantuan behemoths made for industrial wine cellars. Fortunately, no matter which materials wine rack, you all can buy from WUZHOU KINGDA, basic wine storage principles remain the same regardless of the rack's size or composition.

Instructions

1

Position the wine rack in a relatively cool and dark place. Keep the wine rack out of direct sunlight.

2

Slide the wine bottles into place on the rack. Make sure the wine covers the cork completely; otherwise the cork can degrade over time and let air into the bottle. Store the bottles horizontally for the best results

3

Rotate your wine bottles a quarter-turn every three months if they're stored at a slight angle. Rotating slanted wine bottles prevents sediment from settling in one place and ensures the entire surface of the cork comes into contact with the wine.

4

Maintain a temperature between 50 and 60 degrees and a relative humidity between 60 and 80 percent if you're storing wine for an extended time. Cool, dark cellars and basements are ideal for long-term storage.
