Most stand mixers come with at least two attachments, one of which is the wire whisk. Once you get accustomed to the convenience of the whisk attachment, you may never go back to the hand whisk again. You can damage your wire whisk if you don't use it properly, since the design is for whipping air into light ingredients and not for mixing or creaming thick batters. And the wire whisk can be provided in the WUZHOU KINGDA, if you need them, please contact us.
Instructions
1
Consider the construction of the wire whisk that came with your stand mixer. It resembles the hand held eggbeater, with a stainless steel wire structure that allows you whip the maximum amount of air into your ingredients in the least amount of time.
2
Use your wire whisk to whip cream, egg whites and delicate cake batters that need a lot of air incorporated into them. It's the tool to use for angel food and sponge cake, whipping boiled frosting, meringue and homemade mayonnaise.
3
Turn up the speed setting when you're using the wire whisk. The higher settings on most stand mixers are for whisking a lot of air into your ingredients and not for regular mixing and beating.
4
Store your wire whisk in a safe place to prevent damage. If the wires become bent or broken, the whisk won't work as efficiently and may damage your mixer or bowl.
